PROFITEROLE CAKES
At Kaitri's we specialise in the profiterole cake. You can have it shaped in the number of the celebration you are having, a heart or in the beautiful croquembouche. We can also create a number of other speciality cakes to suite your needs.
The Heart is great for Engagements, Weddings and Anniversarys. Our famous profiterole filling is chocolate hazelnut cream. You can also have custard or Chantilly cream. Our hearts are decorated with fresh or sugar flowers and ribbon to match your themes.

The Croquembouche is a beautiful grand cake. The profiteroles will be filled with the same options and can be decorated with your choice of toffee and fresh or sugar flowers, strawberries and ribbon.
